Saw these pretty polka dots oragnaisers at Daiso..Hubby was commenting that they really fitted nicely into the shelfs. :)

Now Phoebe's room looks so much neater and prettier!

Fairy Cupcakes!!

For those who loves to try a bit of baking but yet feeling "lazy" with all the hassels of measuring the flour, sugar, butter....U must try baking the pre-packed cake mix. I bought this brand - Green's made in Australia.

These are the steps as shown on the packaging:

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree. Insert 12 patty pan.

2. Place cupcake mix, egg, water and oil into mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix on low speed until ingredients are combined. Mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Divide batter evenly between the patty cases.

(I forgot to bring my electric mixer along and hv to use a manual spiral mixer -those used for making egg white fluffy... :S)

3. Bake for 15 minutes. Cupcakes are baked if they spring back when lightly touched in the centre. Allow to cool for 5 mins prior to transferring onto the cooling rack.

4. Empty icing mix into mixing bowl with water and butter. Mix with a wooden spoon ( I used wooden chopstick instead cos couldn't find one in my mum's hse.. :x) until combined. Spread icing on top of each cooled cupcake. Immediately after icing, sprinkle glitter on top the cupcakes..

Whoa lah..Fairy cupcakes done in less than 20 mins..!! Best is Phoebe really loves them!! :D

Crocs

We bought this pair of Crocs think 2 years ago...? Can't really remember when but bought this pair at a super good deal at Changi Airport ( warehouse sale corner). Loves the colour and the open toe design but too bad P has outgrown this pair..Decided to wash up and pass it on to little Jernise..:)

Crocs is good cos:

no more smelly feet,

easy to wash & dries up real quick,

easy to put on...

Is really worth the $$ especially if you can get them during sales!

Rapunzel, Rapunzel, let down your messy hair...

If Rapunzel does exist..how does she manage her long hair... I wondered..

This was a gift frm P's xiaoyi...I was tidying her room today and found Rapunzel lying on the floor with her long messy hair seriously entangled up..I have to spend half an hour to fix the mess (really not an easy task)..

There..with the plaits, look much more neater! :)

One word of advise: Do not buy this for your girl if she's the untidy type..:P

Children Day walk in photoshoot 7-Oct-2011

Realised I have not bring Phoebe for any studio shoot since the last one we took at Pix n Pixel when she's still a baby...:P Saw that The Studio Loft was having this Children Day Walk in Photoshoot, i was kinda excited and dragged my sis, niece and nephew along..LOL..

A fun experience and the photos all turned out quite impressive..I edited the rest of the photos to smaller sizes and put in at the right side column of the blog..enjoy..:)

Am glad the Peppa Pig Theme birthday bash was a success. Though some of my friends did not make it in the end..was still grateful for friends and relatives especially Phoebe's lil classmates for making the event so cheerful and fun!!

Thks to my sis for suggesting the Pinata which all the kids enjoyed so much..:)

Phoebe was overwhelmed by so many pressies and ang paos and wld like to thank everyone for coming and making her birthday bash so successful!
