Phoebe's very first time to the goat farm..and she's not even afraid of these "hungry" goats. She enjoyed feeding them the hay! She even tried the chocolate flavoured goat milk.

Mummy tries to give Phoebe 2 servings of fruits and 2 servings of veggies everyday!

Spinach- vit A, B6, C, K, folate, potassium and riboflavin
