I made some pumpkin muffins today. Outcome wasn't so good..tasted too sweet (golden pumpkin has a sweet taste itself, shld hv cut down on the amt of sugar) and appearance wasn't as fluffy as it shld be. I think they look more like huat kueh! Well, shld buck up on my cake and pastry making! Jia yo!
